1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using Pin Generator Pro ("Service", "Application", or "Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the Service.

2. Account Registration & Security

When creating an account with us, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• All activities that occur under your account.
• Promptly notifying us of any unauthorized access or breach of security.

3. Subscriptions, Billing & Cancellation

Pin Generator Pro offers both free tier access and paid subscription plans (Monthly and Lifetime/Annual):

• Recurring Billing: Paid subscriptions renew automatically on a recurring monthly or annual basis unless cancelled prior to the billing cycle end date.
• Payment Processing: All transactions are processed via Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize our payment processor to charge the payment method provided.
• Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time via your Account Settings. Your premium access will continue until the conclusion of your current billing period.

4. Commercial Rights & Intellectual Property

Your Generated Pins: You receive full commercial rights to all Pinterest pin designs, graphics, exported images, and text generated through your account. You may publish, sell, monetize, distribute, or schedule these pins for any commercial or client project.

Platform Rights: All software code, proprietary templates, layout algorithms, icons, brand assets, and platform design remain the exclusive intellectual property of Pin Generator Pro.

5. Acceptable Use & Prohibited Activities

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Generate or distribute unlawful, defamatory, abusive, infringing, or malicious content.
• Attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, bypass rate limits, or disrupt our backend APIs and infrastructure.
• Impersonate any person, brand, or entity.
• Distribute spam or engage in automated mass posting in violation of Pinterest's Community Guidelines.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. While we strive for 99.9% uptime, we do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

7. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Pin Generator Pro, its directors, employees, or partners be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your access to or inability to use the Service.
