• AI Generation Inputs: Headings, blog post URLs, descriptions, and prompt parameters passed to AI models for copy and layout generation.
• Payment & Billing Data: Payment card details and transactions are processed directly by our secure third-party payment processor (Stripe). We do not store raw credit card numbers on our servers.
• Usage & Technical Data: Browser type, operating system, IP address, referral sources, and page interaction timestamps.

3. How We Use Your Information

• To operate and maintain the Pin Generator Pro web application.
• To render 2:3 canvas graphics, export high-resolution PNG files, and save pin templates in your private dashboard.
• To facilitate account authentication, subscription upgrades, and billing management.
• To provide responsive customer support and resolve technical inquiries.
• To detect, prevent, and mitigate fraudulent or unauthorized usage of our platform.

4. Data Ownership & Generated Pin Rights

You retain 100% ownership of all images, logos, and written content you upload. Pin Generator Pro claims no copyright or proprietary interest over the final pin graphics, PNG files, or marketing copy generated using your account. You are free to use your exported pins for commercial, personal, client, or editorial purposes.

5. Third-Party Service Providers

We partner with reputable infrastructure providers to deliver reliable services:

• Database & Authentication: Supabase (PostgreSQL, row-level security).
• Payment Processing: Stripe (PCI-DSS Level 1 compliant).
• AI Services: OpenAI / Google Gemini (for title, subtitle, and pin copy synthesis).

6. Data Security & Retention

We implement industry-standard encryption (TLS/HTTPS in transit, AES-256 at rest) to safeguard your account. We retain your profile data and saved pin templates for as long as your account is active. You may request permanent deletion of your account and associated data at any time.
